Your username and/or password are the same as your ISTM login credentials.

If you do not have an account at ISTM, please select "register" when directed to the login page. If you wish to create a free account with limited access, please select "Non-Member" in the "Member Type" dropdown. Enter all required information to create your username and password; then, redirect to Learning @ ISTM to log in.

Learning @ ISTM supports all modern browsers on both desktop or mobile devices. Microsoft no longer supports its "Internet Explorer" product and Learning @ ISTM cannot be reliably accessed with that browser as a result.

NOTE:  You may be able to register for events using Internet Explorer, but will not have the ability to join webinars or view videos.  For full functionality of the site, please use only the most updated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari when accessing Learning @ ISTM. 

Unfortunately, accessing Learning @ ISTM via a VPN does not allow users to login. Therefore, registering for or accessing content (even with a direct link) is not possible.

Webinars are automatically recorded and will be posted for on-demand viewing. In order to ensure audio and video quality, there is some delay between the live presentation and archived recording, however, the on-demand versions will be available within 48 hours of the live presentation. Anyone registered for the webinar will get an automated email when the recording is posted and available to be viewed.

If you have existing credits on your account, add Learning @ ISTM items to your cart as usual. When you go to the payment screen, you will see a button that says "Use my Pre-Paid Balance". If clicked, the entire amount will be debited from your credit balance; if any balance remains, you can use a credit card to continue checking out and registering.


To check your pre-paid balance, select "My Dashboard" and then click "Pre-Paid Balance".
